Because some of our products are created using genuine animal hide, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Please note that natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to the material and are not considered defects, but rather a mark of authenticity.
Processing & Delivery
- Handmade Production: As each item is crafted by hand, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping (EU Customers)
We proudly ship to the EU. Please be aware of the following:
- Extended Timelines: Shipping to the EU typically takes longer due to international transit and customs processing. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery.
- Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees applied by their local customs office. We cannot control delays caused by customs inspections.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your unique piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policyfrom the date of delivery.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Natural Variation: Please remember that slight color differences from the product photos are normal due to the use of real hides.
